- Tax rates include 13% Costa Rican sales tax, 911 service charge (0.75%), and 9355 statutory charge for Red Cross financing (1%)
- International calls less than 3 seconds are not charged.
- Calls to Costa Rica less than 3 seconds are not charged.
- If you use the Operator Preselection service "1900" you must add the charge of a cellular or landline call as appropriate. Your traditional telephone provider should not charge for such a call.
- Installation charge is 3000 colones per service and a deposit equivalent of one month of services
- No difference between On-net and Off-net calls.
- Advertised rates apply to both prepaid or post-paid services.
- For calls transferred or forwarded to any network, the applicable charge for a call to that network apply.
- No restriction apply to transfer or forward calls from the CallMyWay network
- Calls to Mexico are charged based in real call duration

- 3000 colones reactivation o reconnection fee per service, 3% interest rate for owed ammounts apply
